Sometimes Valentine’s Day feels like more of a burden than fun for busy parents with a million to-dos. Rachelle shared some beautiful DIY Valentine ideas on Wednesday, but maybe you don’t have time to pull those off at this point. If you are like me, you want the kids to enjoy a special day, without amping up the sugar like it’s a second Christmas. In fact, I’m always scrambling for class Valentine’s Day treats and then I remember at the last minute that we have allergies to worry about. This year, I’m making it quick and easy with Amazon and going the non-consumable route to avoid any possible diet related issues. Here are all the fun, inexpensive gifts I could find, along with a cute (if corny) Valentine’s Day message for each one. You can either print the message or hand-write it on a cute blank card. If you want a more streamline presentation, use a stapler to attach the bagged toy to the card and BAM, better than store-bought, allergen-free Valentines for the whole class!
