To make this simple recipe take two cans of chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and dried), toss with olive oil, and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Toss with salt and 1 1/2 tsp of your favorite seasoning (cinnamon, pepper, paprika etc.) and serve. These last up to a week so are great to have on hand! Find the full recipe here.
