These popsicle recipes are easy to make. Promise. The hardest part is the waiting!
Antioxidant Rich Popsicle Recipe
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup rasberries
Green Popsicle Recipe
2 kiwis
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut water (or whatever other juice you have on hand)
Handful of spinach
Handful of kale
Yogurt Popsicle Recipe
2 small ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1½ cups frozen strawberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
Blend in blender until you get the consistency you like. I like mine chunky! Fill molds and allow to freeze for about three hours. For an adult drink, add your favorite booze to any of these recipes! You can also use flat soda in popsicles.

@Yazmin Perfect timing. I pulled out my Popsicle molds not 10 minutes ago. I was going to do half OJ half water so Lucy can eat them (I’m not a fan of giving her straight juice – it’s so much sugar) but now I have much more exciting recipes to try! The smoothie Popsicle sounds super yummy!

@Bargain Babe All are quite tasty! I also try to skip the added sugar in these treats and instead sweeten them up with fruit. Consider squeezing an orange for the juice instead of buying bottled juice. Blend with a few strawberries or banana. Then add to mold. I bet the juice has less sugar this way.
