Amazon – Amazon just announced this list of HDTVs and Home Theatre products that will be on sale sometime during the holidays. BFAds.net says “It’s pretty apparent that Amazon came to play ball this Black Friday as they’re essentially matching the best sales available: the Toshiba 40” 1080p for $179 is the exact same model and price as Best Buy, as is the Vizio 60″ 1080p for $688, which is a featured item in Walmart’s Black Friday ad. And the Haier 32″ 720p for $97 is the same price-point as the unknown branded TV at Sears, much like the Hiteker 50″ for $288, which is one of Kmart’s best deals.”

Amazon is having a Full Week of Black Friday sales in 2012.

Pro Tip: Starting Monday, November 19, Amazon will feature Black Friday items in the daily Gold Box and Lightning Deals (which are cycled in throughout the day). Unfortunately, last year some Black Friday deals on Amazon only lasted a few minutes!

Best Buy – Best Buy Black Friday advertisement  has changed: Deals on some Apple products were added, deals on Samsung TVs were removed. Best Buy’s new price-matching policy started Nov. 4, 2012. Best Buy will price match a list of 20 merchants, including Amazon and NewEgg. But it will not price match the week of Black Friday through Cyber Monday (boo). Best Buy is giving its sales reps discretion over when to enforce this policy, which means the way this policy plays out will vary widely.
