Shop on Amazon for these back to school deals. I’m a huge fan of Amazon and end up buying many household supplies on Amazon. With two little kids, I certainly don’t have the time to drive to Target to buy everyday items like soap, diapers, and wipes. Who does? Especially when I’m buying the same products over and over again.
Here are some of the back to school deals Amazon has:
- A new education supplies store for teachers and educators
- Link to deals on printers, laptops, mobile electronics and office products
- Deals on school supplies like pencils, binders, and backpacks
These are the type of items that are easy to shop online for. (Clothes are another story.) You can even get your kids involved in picking out colors and sizes, if they care about what their backpack and binder looks like. (I’m guessing they do.) You can also save by purchasing whatever pens and pencils you need for around the house.
Back to school is actually one of the best times to stock up on office supplies. The prices truly are the best of the year – so look ahead to how much paper, pens, folders, binders, paperclips, tape, and glue that you’ll need for the whole year. Do a back to school shopping blitz and stock up for the entire year. Deals start late July, then hit strong in August and fade out by the end of September. You snooze, you lose!
Once you pick out everything you want, you can sit back and wait for your order to arrive. Amazon is great about emailing you to confirm your order, and to let you know when it has shipped (which usually includes a delivery day estimate). I also love their customer service. Whenever I’ve had a problem and needed to return or replace an item, I’ve gotten quick call backs and helpful service.
What other site lists your entire purchase history and lets you change orders so easily? I also love that you can email a question or ask for a call back so you don’t have to wait on hold forever. Very convenient! The only other store where I’ve received good, consistent customer service was Nordstrom. I rarely shop there now, sadly. The prices are just too high for me to stomach, even though I adore their style and shoe selection.
