Last week, one of our cats lost her collar. I stopped by PetSmart and the average collar for an adult cat is $7.99. The next day, I was in the 99 Cents Only Store and saw an entire row of similar-in-style, similar-in-quality breakaway tags. For $7 less! They also sell fuzzy toy mice, balls to bat around and feather toys. I would not recommend the catnip, however. It contains wood shavings for filler and is therefore less effective. (My cats turned their noses up at it.)
