My heart skipped a beat when a casting agent from Oprah called me. Alas, she was looking for YOU not ME. Hehehe.
A show called Enough Already! with Peter Walsh is looking for a Los Angeles area homeowner who is overwhelmed by the clutter in his/her life and looking for help from an organizational guru. The show runs on Oprah’s new OWN network. The idea is that Peter will help you say goodbye to chaos and clutter, and create a more organized, healthy lifestyle.
If you live within 30 miles of Los Angeles and are available for one week between April and June, apply online or email enoughalreadyclutter@gmail.com. Include your name, contact information, the city where you live, and a short description of your clutter situation (250 words or less).

This might really help me. I had as a goal for 2010 to clean and declutter my home. It has been a (almost) yearlong project and I will need to continue into 2011. Not what I had envisioned!! Last week I wrote about my decision to hire a professional cleaning person. Many of you commented on that post and I appreciate all the feedback as I went into the adventure ready and willing to learn. I said I would share my revelations. Here they are:
- I felt safe having this person in my home because I had several recommendations from people I trust who have used her for several years. That was important. Getting personal recommendations is essential.
