For those of you who shop at Whole Foods, a word of caution. A couple of years ago the word went out that several frozen items in WF originated in China, and were not subject to the same standards as food products in the U.S. Don’t know whether that applies to the shrimp, but be sure to read the fine print on the back side of the package. It’s purposely there in teeny, tiny print so that most people would overlook it.
