Some interesting-sounding recipes on this site. I do make taco salad on occasion, especially when I have leftover taco meat, and the weather is warm. I make a dressing that is a bit different from the ones shown here. It’s similar to Thousand Island, but spicier. I use ketchup, green taco sauce (choose degree of spiciness/hotness you like), creamy component made of 1/3 mayo + 2/3 plain nonfat yogurt (Greek style preferred). This process is open to your own tastes and interpretation. Have fun with it.
