Today is your last chance to comment for a chance to win Bryan Bowers’ “Money Saving Blueprint.” Only 6 readers have entered, so your chances of winning are super high! Bowers shows you how to cut down expenses in his easy to read, 39-page book.
Bowers’ family had to trim expenses after being hard hit by the recession. He wrote the book to inspire others. He writes:
This guide is different from other advice you may find online. Most sites simply list areas to reduce expenses and then send you on your merry way. Unfortunately, these lists never give you detailed instructions on how to actually achieve these cost-cutting benefits. It’s like sitting down for a meal consisting of ice chips”¦ after finishing the meal, you haven’t satisfied your hunger and have wasted valuable time.
In case you missed my book review, Bower’s offers suggestions on saving money on your landline, cutting cable TV costs, and reducing your morning coffee expenses. This book is for someone who is new to saving money. Seasoned savers may find that they’ve already implemented many of Bower’s money saving suggestions.
The book does offer nuggets of information on overlooked areas to save money like property taxes, irrigating your home, and car payments. And Bower’s follows through on his promise “” no lists “” just resources to make it easier to cut costs.

I would like this book, it sounds like something i could use.
Due to the Great Recession, I was laid off from my job and have not been able to find another one. I would love to learn new ways to cut my bills ever month, and this book would help me do that!
Count me in for this book. Really could use it
My parents could really use this book (and my Mom just got a kindle for her birthday!). They currently have two homes and only one of them is working part-time. With the loss in their savings from this economy they will have to sell one of their homes soon.
Our daughter passed away suddenly and we have taken in two grandchildren. We are living on Social Security so money is very tight for us.
I am digging myself out of debt right now and any advice I get regarding this would be very helpful! 🙂
like many other people out there who have it dificult, I was on disability for the last 6 months; until it ran out and now have to deal with trying to get back into the workforce. I would really appreciate anything that will reduce my expenses.
THE GREAT DEPRESSION HAS CAUSED NUMEROUS PROBLEMS, ESPECIALLY WHEN COMBINED WITH THE RISING COST OF GASOLINE AND FOOD. ANY HELP IS A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I ENJOY YOUR WEBSITE AND IT HELPS.
We could really use the suggestions in the book to help my young nephew’s family – lost their father last month to heart attack. He is 20 years old and trying to support his mom and younger brother – having to learn real fast how to make ends meet. Luv your site alway’s find great suggestions.

I would absolutely love to have this book to share with my husband and my son….we could all use an education in cutting down expenses and saving money and, ultimately, living debt and stress free!
The Great Recession has deeply affected my family, particularly in regards to entertainment, dining out, travel, and health care which we can no longer afford. I would love the read this book and place it in our “book lending club” for other local familuies to benefit from.
