Thanks to all who participated in our book giveaway! From the more than 30 comments, it seems like couponing is still a mystery to many. I feel you — I’m not a master, either. The majority of those who commented on my book review indicated they need help getting organized to reap the coupon savings. The winner’s name is below.
But first, here are the runner ups…
The first runner up is reader Angel Garvin who seems frustrated with coupons. Angel writes:
My most aggravating fails are when I get together a master plan and think I’m going to sweep through the store and come out loaded with free stuff”¦”¦only to get in the checkout and realize my coupons are expired or I didn’t read the small print! ARGH!
The second runner up is reader Rachell who is having a hard time juggling all her responsibilities along with couponing. She writes:
I bought a newspaper subscription so that I can be a coupon master. I started a “coupon vault” (what my fiance calls it) and used them for about a month and then the newspapers started piling up. I just got so busy between work, school and keeping up with my toddler!
The winner of “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Couponing” is reader Steph! She writes:
I have to admit”¦I’m a REALLY good couponer, but I could be even better if I weren’t so organizationally-challenged. I have coupons and lists and files littering my entire house. My dog loves to roll around in my coupon piles and add to the chaos. (It seems like high-value coupons are her favorite chew toys!) I aspire to be more stream-lined and zen in my couponing; maybe this book could help me!
