New to coupons? Check out my post on coupon clipping basics. If you want to take advantage of these deals, make sure to save the coupon inserts you receive in the mail or with your Sunday newspaper. Here’s a great suggestion for how to handle coupon organization.
Ralphs in our area – San Fernando Valley doesn’t double coupons and hasn’t for a long time.
The Ralph’s in Granada Hills and Porter Ranch in the San Fernando Valley do double coupons, but the total will max out at $1, so if you have a .75 coupon they will only give you an extra .25, but if you have a .50 coupon, it will double to $1.00
Fry’s Az is doubling coupons to $1 & taking all competitor coupons (all grocery, Walmart, & K-mart coupons) I’ve been saving $50 after store & coupon savings & I usually spend $70.-$90. When they don’t have this deal I spend $110-$140. We’re loving it.
I’m surprised Ralphs doesn’t have a uniform coupon policy.
@Diana You might try looking for the official Ralphs coupon policy on their website. If it states they double coupons up to $1, bring it into your local store and talk to the manager. If the coupon policy is not online, write to Ralphs requesting a copy, then bring that into the store. Good luck!
