My heart skipped a beat when a casting agent from Oprah called me. Alas, she was looking for YOU not ME. Hehehe.
A show called Enough Already! with Peter Walsh is looking for a Los Angeles area homeowner who is overwhelmed by the clutter in his/her life and looking for help from an organizational guru. The show runs on Oprah’s new OWN network. The idea is that Peter will help you say goodbye to chaos and clutter, and create a more organized, healthy lifestyle.
If you live within 30 miles of Los Angeles and are available for one week between April and June, apply online or email enoughalreadyclutter@gmail.com. Include your name, contact information, the city where you live, and a short description of your clutter situation (250 words or less).

I’d love to apply for my in-laws but the link is not working.

@Pamela Sorry about that. Just fixed it!

Obviously someone has been peeking into my house and garage! I filled out as much as I could on the application, but have no idea how to provide a photo. Also, the site said that my postal address was not valid, even though I gave the correct one. Soooooooo… We shall see what, if anything, happens! I’m in dire need of help with my “stuff.”

EllieD! Your comment was very cute. Good luck if you get chosen, and don’t forget to bring the stuff you get rid of to a free swap!

Hi, Meital ~
I remember you from when I volunteered at last year’s Frugal Fest. I understand plans are underway for this year as well. Please let me know the details. You can get my e-mail address from Julia.
And I’ll definitely plan to bring some “stuff” to the swap meet! Hugs ~ Ellie

That’s so cool. I wish I lived in LA. Has anyone been watching OWN? I have to catch up with the shows. I love to declutter.

@Moneysavingenthusiast I have not been watching OWN. I don’t get cable. But I love to declutter, too. When there is too much stuff around, I get anxious. Therefore, clutter be gone!
