PREVIOUSLY: The votes are in and the choice is clear. You want to win a $100 gift card to Amazon. Some 225 readers left comments on two posts asking what prize you wanted to win and among seven choices, Amazon took 63 percent of the vote!
Now that we’ve settled on a prize, here is how to enter the contest. Join my daily or weekly email list to be eligible to win and get strategies, coupons, and inspiration to save delivered to your inbox. One winner will be selected randomly. Sign up by Sunday, Sept. 26 at 11:59 p.m. to be eligible to win.

$75 Trader Joe’s gift card – 30 votes
$100 Southwest gift card – 19 votes
$100 Lowe’s gift card – 13 votes
$100 Sephora gift card – 10 votes
$100 REI gift card – 4 votes
$50 in cash – 4 votes
Total: 215 votes. The total number of votes is lower than the total number of comments because some readers commented but did not vote and others voted twice. Duplicate votes were not counted.

@dorry wright You don’t need to register at Amazon to be entered to win. Being on my email list – i.e. receiving my emails – means you are eligible to win. If you win, however, you will need to create an Amazon account to redeem the gift card. Make sense?
