walmart does this too i got the coupon you showed a month or two ago for free shampoo and it said 3.00 and mine was 1.75 so they went and adjusted it to 1.75 and i asked if i can get the 3.00 can i get the bigger one that is 3,00 and was told no its to big and it says this size not fair
