Hey Steven – regarding the comment “I heard that car-leasing was dead…” This video is about how if someone already has a leased car, they might be able to buy out the end of their lease for way less than originally contracted for. Great tips here! Car leasing is “dead’ only in the sense that there is no added tax benefit now as there once was..however, for many people who cannot afford a down payment, and/or they know they will turn over the car every 2 – 3 years anyway, this can be an affordable option to purchasing.
