Anything west of that off the 101 could be a separate bargain area. My son, who works in Calabasas, sometimes has lunch in Thousand Oaks, and knows some good restaurants with reasonable prices out that way. Also the East/Central Valley could stretch from the 405 to Vineland, with another area east of there to include Burbank and Glendale. Simi Valley/Moorpark should have their own area. I know, sorry for everyone! I am very, very pleased that Julia has expanded Bargain Babe to be more specific for areas of her old reporting stomping grounds. I don't like that Santa Clarita is lumped with the Antelope Valley (two very different areas, both in terms of distance and demographics), but the Valley is lumped in with Simi Valley, and the Conjeo Valley is missing. With enough persuasion, maybe Bargain Babe will re-visit those areas and divy them up in a different manner. I've been so busy traveling, I haven't been able to begin my "expansion", but I promise it's almost ready. I can't wait! SO_CAL_RETAIL_SLUT--Expanding Soon!
