kung fu panda Free family movies this summerSpeaking of stuff for your kids to do this summer, Regal Theaters is once again offer free movies for kids and parents. Each week for 9 weeks starting in late June, select Regal theaters show G- and PG-rated movies on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets are only available at select theaters’ box office on the day of the show. The line up includes Charlotte’s Web, Kung Fu Panda, Horton Hears a Who and more.

    A lot of Park and Rec’s in the area have free outdoor movies during the summer. We pack a picnic dinner, bring blankets, a football (for before the movie, not during) and have a great time with our kids (13 & 9).

    Also, Simi Valley Town Center has outdoor movies during the summer as well. Check thier website for details.
