Adults in California, for instance, can get a free car wash at 7 Flags, free skiing at Big Bear, and a lot of free food. If you know of a deal that is not listed, add it here.

Didn’t know Maggiano’s did anything special for a birthday. Thanks for this tip; I signed up on its e-mail list. I’m also supposed to receive a special gift or something within 48 hours.

I also like Marie Callenders (cobb salad and cornbread–yum!), which also has some good deals if you sign up on its e-mail list. Although it’s not listed in this article, you can probably sign up on its Web site. You will be invited to come in for a treat on your birthday, spouse’s birthday, and anniversary (Don’t know if it or Maggiano’s exists other than in So. Cal.)
